Family and Grand parent with teens accommodated here 5 rooms for 2 nights experience cleanliness and comfort sleep here, good breakfast with lots of selection. Hong Island Speed boat package is good and recommended.

I stay at 11 - 14 April 2021. as Platinum membership tier. But Room can't upgrade due to long weekend season, this one can acceptable. But for toilet amenities should be upgrade from cheaper one to Loccitane. Because while i stay i must to ask from housekeeping everyday. Front Staff should be train to improve service level and quality. Because Sofitel in Luxury tier but front desk service quality not different from hotel premium tier.

We have wanted to stay at this hotel for some years and we were not disappointed in this stay. During the current COVID crisis the hotel is taking every step to keep the hotel spotlessly clean and safe for uts guests and we had a great time during our stay The GM and his team were very visible all the time by walking around and making themself accessible to both the staff and the guests, it was no surprise to us to see the positive results this leadership has produced The pool and various games, sports and activities are all excellent and the choice of foods met all our expectations. We would be very happy to go again.

This property is in the quiet area of Krabi, which was nice. It was especially quiet I assume since its the pandemic season a lockdown in Bangkok was eminent so I guess a lot of the Bangkok-based guests left earlier. You can feel that the hotel was not up to the normal level of personnel working as when we arrived there was no bellboy seen onsite and service in the restaurants was very slow. But tried their best so I guess that is what you can hope for.

Not impressions. Last time I very impressed when I stay here. Now water is not clear. And breakfast same menu everyday all stay. I don’t want to go to Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf Resorts & spa anymore.

Given the serious nature of your comments, we undertook an investigation and found that we encountered an unexpected water system challenge and our Engineering team fixed it as fast as possible. We are sorry that we did not provide you the information about the slight discoloration after the maintenance work. This was a natural discoloration and is not harmful in anyway. Normally our Housekeeping team would attend to all rooms to run the taps to make sure that this discoloration disappears. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Хорошее месторасположение, комфортные номера, отличные завтраки. Отличная гостиница Уборка номеров не очень, вечером ее по сути нет. Однажды после уборки пропала стоматологическая пластинка дочери, которая очень расстроилась. Не смотря на то, что сразу обратились к персоналу, так и не смогли ее найти.

Wonderful hotel set in a quiet yet stunning beach location. Hotel service was excellent from start to finish. The huge outdoor swimming pool was thoroughly enjoyed especially by our young kids. Food and drink served round the pool was very affordable.The buffet breakfast was enormous with almost every option available. We ate at least once at all the hotel restaurants for our evening meal and they were good but lacking atmosphere. A better and more affordable option is the row of restaurants down the beach about 750m away. Only slight problem. our sun cream reacted with the chemicals in the pool, turning our swimming & associated clothing orange - very strange. We changed to a zinc based sun cream which didn't react. Hotel apologised and commercially cleaned the affected items but got home to find orange had bled onto other clothing which we hadn't noticed. However, other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel Krabi and would definitely return.

Great property, the biggest swimming pool that i have seen and the food is absolutely delicious (Tried the Indian and Italian cuisines during my stay). Spacious rooms and nice view of the sea from the room. Kids activity area is well managed. Golf course is neatly maintained. The only thing the hotel was a little poor on, especially given the Sofitel brand, was front desk service. Check in was chaotic and not smooth. Would have expected the front desk staff to be more proficient in English than they were. Another incident which felt a little weird, again because its from a premium brand as Sofitel, was the hotel charging me for taking a laundry bag (i had used it to pack all my dirty beach clothes while checking out). I have never had this experience in any other hotel. Not that the amount was high, but charging a guest who has already spent a substantial amount on stay didnt seem right to me. Other than that, i would strongly recommend this hotel for family stays, its a luxurious experience.

It takes two minutes. You get out of the taxi and you are met by an exquisite young lady in a traditional Thai outfit.Then she offers you an exquisite beverage.If it was a dream I don't want to wake up. You head for the toilet(always a good test) and the smell is divine,lemon like.I could stay there all night. But time to move on and to meet the delightful Poppy and her charming team.They could not do any more to make your stay enjoyable. From your balcony you get a marvellous sea-view with a lovely sunset. That's only day one. But everyday brings new delights. So,was it a dream?I'm not bothered but I am going back later this year.

I spent 4 days at Sofitel Krabi in Dec 2019 with my husband and 2 kids. Weather was great, hospitality was even better. Everyone we came across at the Sofitel Krabi made our stay so memorable. The kids did not want to leave the kids club, in fact they did not want to go home when it was time to! They had so much fun under the care of Tatar at the Kids Club. Special thanks to Popey, Kaidao, Dea and Tatar for the hospitality. Breakfast spread was very nice at both the Maya Restaurant and Club lounge. Maya Restaurant had one of the best tom yum goong I had in Krabi. The beach was quiet which was great, and it had enough clean towels and deck chairs. Rooms are clean and tidy, and had access to the beach very easily. Swimming pool is huge with section for adults only for those who did not want any disturbances from kids. Overall, very pleasant stay and we will be back!

Sofitel Krabi Phokeetra serves amazing breakfast with things like freshly baked strawberry croissants, thai pancakes and selection of sushi. Hotel's restaurant White Lotus is definitely worth a visit for thai food lovers, it is pricy but worth the money. Service in the hotel is outstanding. Only disappointment was that our room was quite worn out and in need of renovation.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip trough Thailand. From the moment you enter the property it is magical! I’d put the setting, the hotel it’s self, and the staff as good as any Four Seasons we’ve stayed at! Vincent the location manager and the top notch staff that work there are second to NONE!! Sincerely we were saddened to leave the other day! We actually did stay a couple extra days and we’ll worth the price!! The restaurants, friendly nature or everyone and overall service made us like we were truly appreciated and “family!” We have to go to other parts of our trip obligations but our hearts and minds are still in Krabi!

We have just stayed at the Sofitel Krabi for the 4th time in the last 4 years. It is the type of hotel that just makes you want to return. We like the quiet time of the year for tourists (October). The weather is a bit cooler and although thunderstorms are fairly common, they were limited to the afternoon periods so the early morning was the time to get about sightseeing. Most mornings (from 7am) we had the swimming pool to ourselves and it is a big, big pool at a perfect temperature. I've been a Platinum member with Accor since 2014 and this is where you can really enjoy the benefits. We were upgraded to a suite which made it feel like our home away from home. The suite was large and comfortable with everything we needed. The executive lounge was brilliant. The lounge staff were mainly the same people as the previous year so it was good to catch up with Poppy and Noodle again. By the end of the week we had also met Kai Dow, Bella and Jip. As both my wife and myself are creatures of habit, they all knew our preferences for the evening drinks. Starting with Champagne and followed by the same red wine that has been on the menu for the last three years. It is a French GSM called Parallel 45. Now that we had mellowed, it was time to listen to live music at the Explorer Bar. The musicians usually change during each week but we had the same husband and wife duo each evening. The husband played acoustic guitar while his wife sang and played different percussion instruments. The songs were in English from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s and each of the seven nights that we were there, the songs changed with only a few classics being repeated. It is a relaxing environment to listen to live music while having a cold beer. The musicians also sang requests from the audience. I requested Neil Young's Heart of Gold which they performed brilliantly. Another night I requested Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen but they didn't know the song. However, they learnt the music and words to this song over the next couple of days and performed it on our last night. Thank you, thank you so much. The bar staff also made the evenings fun. Thanks to Koh Phangan, Taling Ngam and Krabi (not their names but their home towns). The buffet breakfast is another highlight. Many healthy choices with a variety of cuisines. I just loved the honey from the honeycomb. The staff were all helpful but special thanks to May and Jinny for our final breakfast. We will be back again next year!
